iguape to foz do iguaca

on the road again.

this day began very early. i got up at 0400 to get ready for my 0515 cab to the bus station, my alarm was set for 0445 (couldn’t sleep) the rest of the day was spent on buses, sleeping and hoping i wouldn’t have a rediculusly long layover in the city of curitiba. it worked out i was at the bus station for less than 45 minutes.

the roads in the south are pretty good by western standards, it’s a bit worriesome when the double decker bus you’re traveling on is passing trucks on a blind hill and causing on coming traffic to pull off to the side of the road.

got into foz do iguaca around 2130. i checked into a hotel by the bus station so i could rest. after all the time on the bus the peel started.
