today, got up and went to town. erika and her mother went to mass and i read at a cafe. once they were done i we went looking for info on buses. this became a bit of an ordeal as brazilian efficiency is somewhat lacking. i had to learn some patience as there were no clear answers to be found. unlike the states where much of the info you need can be found online or calls can be made to people with computers who can pass info on to the customer. things in brazil seem to go a bit differently, you have to go to the station to check schedules as the info never seems to be quite accurate
